Embodied Homework for Couples: In this class we will be “deconstructing sex” to its foundations so that we can explore, discuss, and normalize erotic connection preferences, and understand the diversity of “sensual languages”.
These 3-hour class exercises and activities will be taught so that they can be used with clients or students.
Sexual Attitudes Reassessment (SAR): This course introduces participants to a broad range of human sexual behaviors, orientations, and identities through discussion and media to create greater comfort and ease when dealing with sexual issues. A SAR is an experiential and personal experience of looking at your own attitudes and feelings in the realms of multiple sexual topics.
Joy of Intimacy: In this class we will have open discussions and embodied exercises to clarify what it means to have intimacy with ourselves and others. We will explore the history that we hold in our minds and bodies about who we are and the obstacles of identity that block intimacy in our lives. By facilitating experiences that involve nonsexual interaction, we will still get to a deeper understanding of what challenges us and what excites us about feeling connected to ourselves and others.
